
I've been going to this Studio in two weeks time,. . our mentors are awesome!,. .they can really build your stamina 'cause all of them are very energetic,. . you can't help but follow every move that they throw at you, . the workshop is divided in two parts,. first is the dancing part then a 3 minute water break. . .the second part is like yoga,. .its the one you see in the picture. . .
